Terrain Fundamentals in SketchUp

The Terrain Fundamentals class covers an overview of different methods of manipulating objects, especially curves,  in 3D space using SketchUp. It introduces the student to practical applications of terrain modeling, building on the concepts from the first part of the class. You will learn several methods of creating surfaces with 3 dimensional relief and learn to combine free form terrain surfaces with hard surfaces such as stairs, retaining walls and sidewalks. The course is three hours of hands-on working with SketchUp.

This is an advanced modeling class which requires one month previous hands-on experience with modeling in SketchUp. Minimum prerequisite is the Basic SketchUp Training course.
